Re: What makes a T4 different? S40-V40 2000

I've been trying to figure that out myself. I asked in the swedespeed forums but never got a reply. According the the press release I have (from 1997) AND I QUOTE "The engine used in the T4 is powerful-a 200bhp 1.9 litre turbo-charged unit-"

Well, isn't that what we have here in the u.s.? Why are we only getting 160hp? I know this is the 1997 press release but still...

I will try and get a scan of the press release to put up in the S40 section of classiccats.

Hey has anyone signed up for the Volvo Club of America Texas Chapter? I've been trying to get info and contact someone with no success.

Carlos

Have a safe and happy new years everyone!
