Thanks for your reply. I didn't mention the year but this is a 2002. I removed the fresh air hose to get a look inside. The nipple has a large square block on both sides of the tbe wall. It almost looks like it is way to large to come out. I bought a new nipple and it looks the same as the old but without the large square block attached. This block is very brittle. Do you know if the inside kalf seperates from the outside half?
