Suspension strut upper mounting nut loose 850 1994Turbo

We just bought 2 month ago I notice last week that one side of the suspension strut upper mounting nut loose. Few week before that the owner was have brand new shock and tire and brake install on the car...

recently I know there are vabration come from that side when I hit any thing on the road.. I tried to tight down the nut on top, but seem like the nut is turn again and the noise (vabration) are back..

What should I be looking for ? to solve this problem.. the car and pass owner are from another town, be to long of a trip to take it back to the shop who done the work before I get the car...

Is there certain amount of torque that nut need to be ? is something lower at the bottom of the car that I need to tighten back again ?

Thanks for any input... have a happy new year to all...
