Diagnostic codes 5-4-3 and 4-5-4 850 1995

My Lamba sensor dashboard light came on yesterday. I have checked the codes in A2 and get a 5-4-3 and 4-5-4. I have now cleared these and this has cleared the dash light and am waiting to see if it will activate again.

Can anyone tell me though what these two codes are indicating?
