a few maintinance questions 850 1995

1. What is the secret tool part number for removing the distributor cap from an 850T? I just did it for the second time, and I can't belive it's such a PITA. The bottom fastener is a bear to get at, I must be missing something. This time I dropped a socket into never never land and had to remove the airbox, and battery w/tray to find it. Removing the airbox was also a PITA, although it makes it very easy to replace the cap. So whats the secret?

2. Can you lube the aux. drive belt tensioner? If so, how and with what?

3. I'm comming up on 100,000mi. Volvo says to clean the EGR system at that time. How should this be done - remove and soak it?
