Top engine mounting BUSHING replace. 850 1994 TURBO

I get the new Bushing today from volvo dealer... $16 tax and all

I do have a haynes book on page 2A-14 it show the torque for the mounting but do not show the replacement process...

Look like there are 7 bolt holding bracket and all..

My question is will this be much easy if I take them all out ???

and use a press to press the new Bushing in place??

Also on the new part (Bushing) it have two air row one on each point up and down what does this mean ???

do I need to jack or support the motor? because I am remove the top mount??

Thanks...
