engine runs rough on startup V70-XC70

When car sits and is cold on engine start up it runs real rough like all cylinders aren't firing. after a couple minutes it smooths out a runs fine today i got a code P1620 injection pump/throttle position sensor with my scanner.
I have 2001 V70 2.4l non turbo gas wagon any help would be greatly appreciated
