HELP Hot Start Problem 850 1996

I'd say its 50/50 when trying to restart the engine when it is hot. After moving the shifter to neutral and back(not even sure that is doing anything) and trying to restart, it will eventually start within 10 tries. It's not like I have to sit there and wait 2 hours until the engine is completely cool. Usually takes around 10 tries and 5 minutes if its really giving me a hard time.
