Re: Acceleration/Deceleration=Tranny shift 850 1995

I don't know anything about your tranny problem but your second problem of rough idling sounds familiar to me. I had a rough idle problem occur on my '95 850 turbo about a year into my ownership and it took the dealership the longest freakin' time trying to figure out what caused it. My rough idling caused the car to tremble and sputter so I don't know if your case is as severe. They eventually traced it back to one of the O2 sensors which had crapped out. Still don't know why it took them so long to figure it out seeing that the ECU should have gave them some useful info. on tracking down the problem. Rough idling could also be attributed to faulty/fouled sparkplugs too.
