OK - Same Question - Higher Mileage V70-XC70

The 2003 does not use vacuum for the CC, it is all electronic. Besides, the cars with a throttle cable had a separate vacuum pump for the CC.

You will not see a bunch of vacuum at the oil filler cap at idle, what you dont want to see is any positive pressure. The vacuum line that goes into the air intake just before the throttle body is what you want to inspect (the old flame trap), that is what needs to be kept clean.
