1995 850 electrical problem 850

Vehicle owned by towing co. Prev. owner replaced computer module. Not starting.
Supposedly not alt., fuel pump(s). Tow co. owner does not know anything but what former owner told him. Wondering if it could be fuel pump relay. What else could it be. Have 240 and 850.

Body and interior are excellent. Would be buying for price of salvage. Thanks Mike
