Three vacuum lines mounted on air filter cover 850 1994

There are three vacuum lines that attach to a wired device that is attached to the air filter cover.

Can anyone tell me what this is, and if the connections are "equal" (like the vacuum tree where they are simply ports) or if the connections are specific to where the hoses are routed?

One (that has not been replaced due to lack of access) routes to a netherworld between the turbo and engine block. I don't know how to get there. Turbo gauge (vacuum pressure gauge, right?) no longer works after recent repairs.

Many thanks to all that have helped me get here, and those that help me move forward.

Howard
