If you actually have a CD stuck, the only repair to date is to replace the radio with another radio. 90% of the stuck CD's is the result of loading the CD in a hurry or the screen directions messing you up, the "Load CD" shows for ejection as well as the loading sequence, and it is very easy to get confused. We are not suppose to open the radio up and get your CD's out so normally they are sent back to the dealer (I think) later. I have unloaded a stuck CD system and then reloaded them and they just got stuck again, seems after 2 CD's try to take up the same place something internal gets bent and needs replacing at a repair facility.
