Windows sticking 850 1996

A few months ago I started a job where I do a lot of off road travel in my 850. Needless to say she's dirty most of the time now. Recently I operate the windows they occasionally stick or sometimes go very slowly as though there is some resistance. So that tells me that the dirt has gotten in somewhere and a cleaning/lubing wouldn't help. But before I go Oreck all over that mess, I'd like to know where it is probably sticking so I can most effectively apply lubrication. I'm thinking the glides on the sides need it and perhaps the water shields that run the length of the glass (which, I'm losing the word for..). Anywhere else?

If you're not driving it "like its stolen," are you really driving?
