Unfortunately, my multimeter is in FL, and the car is in IN. I searched the forum for the code, and found several references to the MAF causing this code.
Weird.

Can you give me a little more detail where the turbo valve is located? I saw a purple vacuum hose running from the turbo area to a control unit attached to the top-inside of the radiator shroud. So, I thought this might be the valve.
