Is this normal for a V40? S40-V40

Hi,

I'm new posting to the board and have a couple of questions. I own a 2001 V40. I recently just got a tune up (spark plugs and wires, not sure on the brand) I've noticed after the tune up, that when my car hits a certain speed if I take my foot off of the gas pedal it will maintain that speed for a few seconds or more. The cruise control is not on. It idles at around 1000rpm while sitting at a stop sign or red light, is that a normal idle? They did clean the throttle, fuel injector and air intake control valve. I haven't had the car that long so I'm not sure what ''normal'' is for this model. I'd appreciate any comments that could be of help. Thanks a lot!
