I guess I would take it to an independent shop where the labor rate would be a little less and trim the list of things to be fixed. I would probably attempt the seat rails and driver door lock myself and get the parts mailorder for 30% less than the dealer. All of those prices sound high with the exception of rear main seal and it sounds as if you have some time on that one. With respect to selling, the first big question is, "What is this car worth?" Your '95 at this point is pretty well depreciated and is going to be worth less than you paid. The second big question is "What else would I buy?" If you buy a new car, you get back on that depreciation mill again. My opinion would be to do some of the items yourself, get the others done cheaper at an independent, and hold it for the long term. 80K is not high miles. The car should be able to do twice that. Just my opinion.
