P0455 thrown and Check Engine Light on BUT.... V70-XC70

Ok, awhile back I was asking about this code and got some good advise.

I got under car and checked out the hoses to the EVAP canister and yep, both were split so I replaced them. Reset the CEL, waited till all systems read "ready" and then took it into for emissions inspection.

It passed with flying colors.

Here's where it gets weird.

So the CEL comes on again and yes, you guessed it, code 455, and now not all systems are ready. I reset the CEL, and sure enough it comes on again. I read the codes, still 455, and all systems are now ready. What?

So I reset again. CEL comes on, code 455, systems ready, and this time I notice that MIL states Off. What???

Ok, so I'm losing my mind here. What is going on? Is 455 really being thrown if so, what should I look to replace next? I did buy the purge solenoid valve, but the one I bought is for a different year, opps. The one I need sits to the right of the radiator fan.

Is this what I should be replacing next?? Any ideas or suggestions are welcome on this as I'm tired of the light being on.

Thanks in advance,

Matt
