P0455 thrown and Check Engine Light on BUT.... V70-XC70

ok, just checked under the car at the fuel filter. There are two hoses their that were split and I've already replaced them.

There is also some valve there as well. Could this have gone bad? I did check it when I was in there earlier and it appeared to click.

Any suggestions here would be greatly appreciated.
