no fogs-- bulbs and fuse good-- relay? V70-XC70 2000

Hi All:

I just bought a 2000 V70-- my first FWD Volvo. I turned the fog lamp switch on inside the car and the front fog lamps didn't come on. I checked the bulbs, which are fine. I checked fuse 17 and it was fine as well. Is there a relay for fog lights, and if so, where is it?
