As an alternative, can I just keep driving the car? you know, without ever stopping? I'd have to refuel "in-flight" being carful not to get scratches near the fuel door, of course.

Darell, did you say that your truck had "real" bumpers? Were they chrome? If so, then was THAT your last auto with chrome bumpers or was the P1800? You must clarify so I can get on with my life ;-)
