rear wheel locked S70

I would jack it up and pull the wheel. Pull the caliper and see whether that frees things up. If not, the most likely candidate is the parking brake being seized. Why were all 4 wheels seized? Has the car been sitting for a long time?

I have had drum brakes and even clutches seize up on air cooled Volkswagens that sat over the winter in gear with the parking brake set.

Good luck!
