Car and Driver magazine tested the original stock 1994 Turbo at 6.1 seconds from 0-60...the IPD chipped car, clocked in around 5.8 secs.

VR6 Jettas have tested in at around 6.5 secs.

Stock Mustangs 6 seconds or so...

Car and Driver clocked the standard 944 TURBO at 6.0 secs. flat...944 Turbo S at 5.5 or so, so stay away from them. But a stock Mid 80's NON Turbo 944? Please. You're going to embarrass him.
