ETS Issue - AGAIN V70-XC70

I have a 2000 V70 XC and had my ETS replaced under the recall about 5 years ago at 105K miles. I'm at 166K miles now and the light has come on a few times again. It is stalling intermittently and the cruise control won't engage. It isn't idling rough...yet. Is this the same problem again with the ETS and if so, will the recall cover a second replacement?
