Bad ECM? S80

I'm helping a friend with a 2000 S80 2.9 with 167 K miles on it. Recently the car lost power, won't rev above about 3K rpms, and stored the following fault codes:
PO300
PO732
PO731
P1618
PO134
It does have a noticable misfire (PO300) but nothing thats specific to a cylinder. The 731, 32, and 1618 are all codes for the transmission, but it seems to shift fine. We changed the trans fluid and filter a few months back. I pulled the plugs which are OE Volvo and they look fine. When the ECM on my 2000 S70 went it had similar symptoms as far as the lack of power goes. I'm wondering if this 80 has the same thing going on...too bad it's out of the 10 year period for the ECM. Any thoughts?

Thanks in advance,
Dave
