Something is remaining on and draining the batt. Disconect 1 batt cable and conect a test light between the removed cable and the terminal. If it lights brightly and remains lit, start pulling fuses 1 at a time till it goes out. When it goes out, check the items on the circuit the fuse protects. Glove box overstuffed can cause the light to stay on. Also relays can stick closed causing drain.
