Tune-up question. S70 1998

I purchased this car about 9 months ago and am not sure when the last tune up was done. It has 80k miles on it. I get the feeling the car probaly needs a tune up and was wondering what should be done besides plugs, fuel filter, distributor cap, rotor, air filter and cleaning the throttle body.

Also, does anyone know a good place to buy a reasonably priced front passenger door panel? The adhesive is bad and the "pleather" material is separating from the panel. I've had no luck getting the dealer to replace this since I'm obviously out of the warranty period. They also want about $350 for it...ouch!
