Re: Tune-up question. S70 1998

Look at your maintenance book and see if it's had a 60K service. If so, you'll be OK until it needs a 90K service which is when plugs and air filter need replacing again. The fuel filter is good for 100K miles and the cap, rotor wires may be OK for longer than that, but remove the cap and inspect it to see if you you think its OK or not (usually is still at 80-90K IMHO). Cleaning the throttle body isn't really necessary as a routine service item any more but if you engine isn't turbo, then check the flame trap, clean or replace it if need be (every 30K miles).

A more important item is your timing belt, was it replaced at 70K miles? Should have a 70K book stamp and sticker under the hood if done.

As for those door panels, they come in a "kit" of two complete panels, one's for both front doors, the other's for both rear doors. I doubt you'll find them elsewhere and used wouldn't be better as they'll have the same adhesive problem in time. The newer panels are suppose to be better.
