continued problems door latch/no start 850

Hi Klaus,
Hooked up the multimeter as you described. when I pulled fuse 15 10 amp which is the circuit for courtesy lamps, diagnostics, door warning lamps, remote keyless entry, glove compartment lamp. the flashers came on and the voltage dropped from 12.5 to 12.3 and the flashers wouldn't turn off unless I disconnected the battery. No other circuits were affected. not too sure what we do next but maybe we're getting somewhere?
