Seat Belts? Available? 850 1995

The drivers seat belt on the 855T has locked up. Last night I pulled it out and it kept locking every few inches. If I pulled it very slowly I heard a ratcheting sound. I let it return completely into the side pillar and now it's locked there.

Broken? Repairable? I've had the belt mechanisms out on my 740 and know they can be finicky unless held in the correct position.

How does the B pillar interior trim come off? Snap off? Are seat belts a dealer only item?

Don't really want to use a U-Pull-it part here.

Time to replace my wife's 945T drivers side belt too. It won't retract fully and lots of slack just lays in the seat.
