Re: Broken Cup Holder S70 2000

Dave, in my opinion, leave the cupholder the way it is. No matter how fast you replace those darned things, they will keep pace in breaking themselves. A very poor design. I had one replaced under warranty, then they wanted $60 to replace one. I think the part is about $40. Replacement doesn't look very difficult. I did not bother, though. I don't use these things almost ever anymore. I think this is the best solution. My wife uses it on road trips (when she isn't driving). To me it is not worth $40, especially seeing how easily these things break. So, I left mine with one of the two holders broken and so far the other one is holding up (maybe because I don't use it).
