Of course the shop is spotless, that is the way the northern Europeans do things. Never any slippery grease or leftover parts lying around.

Verifying torque with the suspension loaded is the way it 'should' be done, but most skilled mechanics with the proper tools know what the torque should be. Besides, this is just a video on how-to, not a Bible. I would never use an air gun to set torque, but then I don't get paid by the number of jobs I do each day.
