Darn! I hate it when that happens. I believe your alarm module has been moved to the right front fender, between the inner and outer fender. The lithium battery fails, dribbles acid all over the printed circuit, and shorts itself out.

Your best bet is to go to a dealer and ask them to read the codes. The module is about $175-250, the labor is ---hard to get to--- worth having someone else do the job~!!
