Noise from the ECC blower 850 1995

Hi everybody,

When the vent blower works and the brake is hit the blower starts generating a loud noise. Once it's turned off or I start moving again the noise goes away. But after I hit the brakes again the noise comes back. I went to the garage and they replaced the motor, but to no avail. Has anybody experienced anything similar to my annoying problem? Where should I troubleshoot?
