Turbo control valve 850 1994

I have the codes 535 and 413 on my 850 turbo. I need some help identifying the "535"= Turbocharger Control Valve Sensor, and the "413"= EGR temperature Sensor. I have no idea where they are located and need your help. I would like to give them a visual inspection and attempt to fix this problem myself, if I can. I reset the check engine light and it will stay off for days at times or come on after a few miles. I can not pinpoint a particular set of circumstances that triggers the light, but both codes come at the same time, each time. Can someone please help; I have yet to figure out what is happening.

Thanks

Prospero
