Replacing headlight lens V70-XC70 2001

Ouch, this is after Volvo changed the design and you are in a world of hurt. The bumper cover must come off to get to the bolts that hold the headlight on. Of course the cover is held to the fender with 3 pop rivits.

But you might be better off having a qualified mechanic or body shop do the work. In the meantime, keep the moisture out with clear packing tape. You do not want the reflective material in the housing to get wet or dirty because it cannot be cleaned.
