Engine codes ,will fail emissions.

Hi there, I don,t know what state you are in but in Ma. last year i did some emission repairs to my daughter's '98 s70. I cleared the fault codes and drove the car around to reset the readiness codes after repair. Long story short, the codes did not reset in time to get a new inspection sticker so I decided to run it through anyway and at the very worst buy more time for the codes to reset(60 days in Ma.). Result: car passed it's inspection without any problem. If you are a gambling man you may get away with a quick clear of the codes followed by an immediate visit to the inspector.
