I think 6.4 is a Volvo claim for manuals.

I light of them also claiming 8.5 seconds for the S40 1.9T auto and seeing almost a second less than that in real world conditions AFTER PROPER BREAK IN, I wouldn't doubt seeing an S60 turn in a low six or even high five after 3-4000 miles. I don't think VCNA is giving the media cars that have this much mileage on them. If they did, one would think the performance numbers would be better in Motor Trend, C&D, R&T, etc.
