Klaus, thanks for the input.
I'll post my results.

Just one more question...When I removed the core, I caused damage to a section of the fins when the core was at a 45 degree angle, on its way out. I saw no other way to remove it. Is there a trick to installing without damaging the delicate auminum fins?
