'new to us' 99 cross country wont start in driveway V70-XC70 1999

okay, newby here. bought the car last week for a 'song' and PO told us about intermitent no-start issues which we didnt see till friday and car wont start since then. engine turns but hasnt started. here's codes that i pulled the day i bought it home while it was still a running driver:

P0422 main catalist efficiency below threshhold
P1332 Mod $11 no dtc defination found. see service manual
P0013 Mod $11 exhaust (b) camshaft position bank actuator circuit/open 1

which one of these is keeping me from driving this to the parts store??
any help appreciated, regards, mark
