A/C blower fan not working 850 1994

Could be the motor or resistor pack or maybe the switch. Remove the motor plug and check for voltage when you turn on the motor. No voltage then it's probably the pack. The motor brushes do wear out over time and loose contact with the armature. If you're handy with a soldering gun you can take the motor apart and slip the brush wires a bit to improve the contact.
