97 850 Wagon with 190k, good deal? 850

This one came up locally. 97 850 wagon being sold by senior man, second owner. Car has about 190,000 miles on it, auto, leather seats, no turbo. Current owner only put on 30,000 miles in last 5 years, and has kept it looking very good, and had it regularly maintained. AC apparently works well, transmission shifts well.

Recent repairs (within last 5 years) include:
= head gasket replacement (3 years ago)
= heater core replaced (this summer)
= brakes on all wheels replaced (1 month ago)
= timing belt 2 years ago
= relatively new Michelin all-season tires

Haven't seen it yet, nor the service records, but it looks nice in the pictures.

He's asking about $3500. Is that too much for an 850 with this mileage? Is the head gasket replacement something that can leave lingering impacts? I've been looking for a good RWD Volvo wagon but they are rare in my parts, in decent shape.

Thanks!
