Serpentine belt: Tool S70

Guessing you've replaced the belt by now, so for future reference of all interested:

I scrounged up a piece of 3/4" square steel (aluminum would be fine too) barstock and cut it to 1-1/8" long. This fits quite nicely (snug) into the tensioner, but still leaves enough sticking out to get an open end wrench on it. If you've tried, you know there isn't much room in there.
