"no camber or tow adjustment available, transverse to rt rr wheel broken.' true or false? 850 1996

Massive wear on inside of both rear tires. shop says "Transverse going to rt rr wheel not attached to block, block split/broken - no camber or toe adjustments can be done to stop the excessive wear."

Is there a cost effecient way to repair/re-attach the transverse? Is there a different way to adjust the toe or camber? or is it time for this to become a part car for my other volvos?

I just dropped an engine in this car (26,000 miles on it) and had the ac evaporator, heater core, and something else replaced under the dash over the last few months.

thx!
