Engine codes ,will fail emissions.

Klaus, I did find a leak/broken hose in the rear, near the fuel filter. I replaced that, cleared the codes, and the car passed emissions.
Five days later the check engine light went on again. And now I have po442 and po 422 showing again. Would you at this point try replacing the rear O2 sensor?, and why not the front O2 sensor.
