How to locate current draw 850

Hi Klaus, (I tried to answer you this AM but the auto reply feature gagged.)

Thanks for weighing in.

My 850 draws about 18ma and it jumps around a bit, which must be normal, with the clock, alarm, CPU and whatever that's
always connected. His battery just came off a charger and was 12.6V after we were done. I didn't check the charging volts
yesterday. The 48ma draw doesn't seem too bad except this car is not his daily driver and if it sits around for maybe
2-3 weeks the battery is too weak to crank. 1.152Amps/day doesn't sound like it should croak a good battery eh?

I was wondering if the alternator could draw current with some failure there, and the only wire I could see easily must have been
the D+ wire, which I pulled with no change in the 48ma draw.

We'll go after the brake switch fault, I cleared the 142/141 codes. Gotta see if it resets those codes.

I can't find info about A6-113 code, and it won't clear, maybe the computer has a problem??

I wish I had a Volvo Greenbook for 850 wiring/troubleshooting.

Bill
