Re: Ghost in the Trunk S70 00

Well....I owned a 240DL way back in the day (OK, about eight years ago). Bought it used out of college.

So, I would frequently take the "back roads" between work and home in the evenings, and about every fifth time or so that I would get on said back roads I would get this creepy sense that I was "not alone in the vehicle". I am not the supernatural-believing type, however this sense would be SO strong at times that I would pull the vehicle over to check the trunk and the such. This happened at least a dozen times.

Long story short - as if possible - wife and I go on vacation and take her new car. Friend with vehicle in the shop borrows the 240DL for the week. We come back from vacation, he comes over to drop off the vehicle, asks us to sit down and says "there is something that I HAVE to tell you about this vehicle." Well, by the time he was done there were tears running down my wife's face and she states that she has been having the same experience in the car and that she was too embarassed to say anything and of course I had never mentioned it to her.

SO, while my first thought was also that you are hitting the release on the key fab, you never know !

We do live somewhat near Gettysburg, so maybe we picked up a passenger at some point.

So far, no ghosts in the S70. And none are welcome, too damn distracting!
