2001 V70 SRS light on and Sunroof not working V70-XC70 2001

Found a nice 2001, V70 for my wife yesterday with only 68k miles. Car has seen less than 7,000 miles a year and has been maintained but has 2 codes showing: 1) Alarm code 2) SRS. Also, sunroof is not currently operational, no power. I found something about disengaging fuse #38 to bypass alarm and see if that helps to energize the sunroof. Any thoughts about this purchase, your experience, also do I need a timing belt change although miles are this low? Any help, is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
