one for the techies- cell phone installation V70-XC70 1998

OK, as you may know, I'm getting ready to install my new b-day present, a Nokia install kit for my cell phone.

Anyone ever put in a kit and use the MUTE feature, then use the car's stereo speakers for sound instead of the aux speaker provided?

I'd like to do this and was wondering how. Do I just wire to one of the speakers instead of the aux NOKIA speaker? Do I have to worry about messing up the head unit at all? Volvos are, well, not known for their sound (no pun intended) wiring!

Any help will be greatly appreciated!
