Annette,

Still sounds like your car's in "limp home" mode. Maybe you could check the codes again?

You really should get the car to a good dealer and let them give you a second opinion. I've read that your not near a dealer, so even if you must have it towed, I think it would be a good idea. A dealer might even pick up the cost of the tow (or part of it) if they do the repairs.
